I have to post-edit a couple of bilingual Word documents that came from MemoQ. Is it possible to import them? I did some tries, but (1) the tags were spoiled or (2) Trados put the whole text in the source column. :-)
If I don't come up with a good solution, I will try to align the columns, but this will take a lot of time.
I think you should either ask your client for an mqxliff file to review as you’ll be able to handle this on Studio without problems; or just do the review in the Word document. I think you risk making life harder by trying to handle this file in a way it wasn’t designed.

The only (complicated and most probably not completely reliable) way to deal with that would be copying both language columns (only) to Excel, saving as xlsx and the dealing with the file as bilingual Excel.
Yes, I was considering that option too, but the client has just provided the source Word files together with the TM. Thanks!
