Select all the files you want to check in and select open for translation. Studio will "virtually merge" these files in the editor view. Select "Verify" in the "Review" tab of the ribbon. That's it.

Thank you Daniel! This works in part, I would say: the report will tell you which segments differ from each other, but does not specify which file the segments come from, which can be a problem if there are many files and/or many inconsistencies. Or is there a way around that?

The initial message tells you which file contains the differering segment:

If you want to compare it to the other segments (those it was inconsistent with), simply filter by source:

You get this:

If you have many files you might get too many of these orange file tabs to be useful, just turn them off and you can see in the File view which file you have currently selected:

I am sure there are other ways, too, but this one is fast and out of the box.
