We are running a TQA project, and a member of our team can't see a couple of values in TQA reports.
Penalties or TQA comments are correctly recorded in the reports, but wordcount and Penalties Allowed are always recorded as zero.
Points Allowed can be seen in the results overview shown when completing TQA feature.
Other members haven't experienced this issue.
Do you happen to know the cause and how to fix it?
I don't completely understand your question. Have you checked the TQA settings for this user in the project they are working on to ensure the penalties have been correctly setup?

Yes, we share the same TQA profile with all members. We are remotely cooperating and I can't directly check his project settings, but looking into the report, penalties was correctly configured in his environment, too. In his TQA reports, penalties and totals score are correctly recorded, but only wordcount and Points Allowed (passing line) are always shown as zero.
Please make sure the version of Studio he's using is the same as yours. Maybe this is the reason?

Mine, in which TQA profile was created, is 2017 Professional, and the user experiencing the issue is using 2019 Professional. However, there are two other members in this project who are using 2019 Professional, and they haven't encountered the same issue.
