Hi, I'm working with a translator who is supposed to deliver a large translation (over 100k words) but complains that his studio 19 crashes all the time.

He's working with several TMs and two TBs delivered by a client and at first he thought that maybe the issues are caused by the huge term base volumes. I cut out his language pair from the term bases - exported them from MultiTerm and converted into a smaller term base, but it didn't help much. He then merged the TMs into one and says this is what helps Trados functioning.

However, our client doesn't want us to interfere with TMs. So is there any other solution he can use to avoid problems with Studio crashing on the big file?

For now, I've asked him about plug-ins that he uses, and he says he has none.

I'm sorry if there has been similar questions in the past - when I was entering the subject, I had hits for Studio 21.
