Looks like you're trying to open a server TM - do you have access to one?

Then why are you trying to open one?
Why don't you create a file-based TM and then work with that? The feature you seem to be trying to use requires you to have access to SDL Trados GroupShare which is a server product, normally sold to companies. It could be sold to Freelancers as well, but the price is normally prohibitive for that.
