Cannot create a project

Question

Hi, I cannot create a project. Trados says the idml file is used by another process which is not true. Hello Janusz Kubów , 
 I think we may need more detail as to the problem. 
 Did you receive the IDML as a single file or part of a package? 
 If its the former, try creating the project in a (different) local location? 
 If you have received a package, try copying and renaming this outside of Studio and unzipping the package. Do you see an IDML file at all? 
 The more information that you provide, the better.

 It's hard to say why it didn't work in the original path/folder. 
 I don't think this has anything to do with the fact it's an IDML file per se, but simply that there was something in the path (maybe a special character) that wasn't accepted.
