Can you try the following... after checking this KB article in case it helps:

Then restart your computer and try to create the project again before you do anything else.

If that doesn't help, try splitting up the project so you have less files in each one.

If that doesn't help, try using the single document approach for each file and create a separate projects for each one.

I've followed all the steps : cleaning my computer from temp files, restarted and opened only Studio to recreate a new project.

Same problem happens again.

I guess the only solution for me here is to divide the project in smaller chunks of files.

My computer is only 2 years old and I had paid attention to a good level of RAM at the time in order to handle software such as Studio. It seems that Studio is not as adaptable to big projects as it should be...

I've had these Out of Memory exceptions in Trados Studio 2019 and I've always been able to overcome these problems.

First, I restart the PC, something that you've already tried.

If there are still problems, I add each problematic file to the same project, one at a time.

If there are still problems with a particular file, I open the original file (in Word, Excel…) and try to find and fix whatever is preventing it to be open in Trados Studio. Once the corrupted file has been fixed, I add it to the same project. This step can take some time, but it has never taken me more than 30 minutes to fix a big Word document.

When all the files are in Trados Studio, I run an Analyze task for all of them.

I've just tried adding each file one by one to the project and it now works (although it takes more time than uploading them all at once).

Glad it worked!

The last resort, fixing the original files, would have been the more consuming task.

Sure, but the original files didn't seem corrupted and could be read properly, both in the original format or even in the .xliff.
