I have followed the instructions for merging segments and the Merge Segments and Split Segments functions are grayed out on Studio 2021. I cannot merge two segments. What am I missing?

Perhaps you're attempting to merge across a paragraph break and need to enable this in your project settings?
Not sure why you can't split though... can you explain how you are attempting to do this?
