Hello. I hace a little problem with document alignment in TRADOS 2021

When I do the alignment of documents, some get imported, but some dont and I don´t know why. The program only allows me for the moment to have 50 segments in a translation memory

My laptop is brand new. At the time of writing this, I have been using it for 6 days only. So Im thinking it could be something related to the PC's setup or even a defective download of the program.

I  tried to download my Trados 2021 copy on another laptop but for some weird reason, it never went past the page where you click on download. And because there was connection problems I quit attempting to download it and that other laptop was returned to the shop later and did not have the program installed. But I dont know if that created a conflict that my copy has now and it does not import my results to my translation memory once I passed 50 segments

Here's how I did it the first time

1. Click on align documents and do only one document. I created the TM then and proceeded to align

2. Once finished, I imported the results. All good by now

3. I started aligning another couple of documents. Created a separate TM for this and then proceeded to align

4. Once finished, I imported the results to my new TM. 

5. I exported the contents of this new TM to later import  them to the first TM I created. Send the file to the desktop 

6. I tried imported the contents to the first TM

Everything is good until here, but once I tried to do the same process, the TM only imports 50 Units, so it doesnt import any more content.

At this point, I tried to translate normally and update the translation memory, but it doesnt update it, it stays in the 50 segments and doesnt let me import more or update the memory with new translations

I also tried to do alignment of several documents at a time and it only imports 50 results to the TM.

Is there anything I am seting up wrong?
