Sometimes error Message Trados 2021 when i began a new project : Specified cast is not valid

Question

Dear All, An user has strange problem when he began a translation and the application is stucked and impossible to go further ( have to close the application and try several times) When he click on browse your computer, the error message comes : "Specified cast is not valid" In attachment, some prinscreen 
 I tried to save xml log but the application freezed He did not use the translation memory online (his file is offline in C:\...) and we refresh the translation memory Any Idea Thank you

 Its possible that something here has become corrupted (this may have something to do with the HTML file/Browser. 
 I would suggest a repair/reset of Studio 
 https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395 
 Then reboot the PC 
 Ensure the brower is up to date (we recommend Chrome or Firefox) 
 Restart Studio- Login (top right-hand corner) 
 Open project. 
 Does this now work for you?
