Hi, I have an idml file which is (probably) created with InDesign 16.0 (at least the reference pdf is, so I assume that this one is, too). My client opens the file without problems in Wordfast but I don't manage to open it in Studio. I have tried already all the tricks which have been suggested for earlier versions in other threads (mainly Process unsupported file versions) and I updated my Studio from version 2019 to 2021, but it didn't help either. Any further suggestions?
I am experiencing this for a while. Adobe launched the new version 2 months ago and since then I can't use IDML files saved in this last version. I have to ask clients to save it in the older version, then it works.
The error occurs when I am creating a package, it says it doesn't support the file. And yes, I have change the properties to process unsupported files and the error persists just when IDML was created in the last InDesign version.
Please fix this issue as soon as possible because we have a lot of files in IMDL to be translated.
Would either, or both of you, be able to share the source file with me? I have not seen an InDesign file I could not open in Studio yet so it would be useful to test and see whether we have anything to resolve or not? You can send them to pfilkin@sdl.com if this is possible.

The option was set right, probably the issue is we are using old templates. Is there a way to update it or do I have to recreate the templates in the Studio 2021?
