Upgraded to Studio 2021 with good results but switching between panes slows down

I upgraded from 2017 to 2021 and the process was straightforward, quick, and painless.

I was up and running very quickly. But a problem that I still have even with Studio 2021 is that switching between the Editor and other panes starts to slow down after closing and relaunching the Studio application.

Is there something I should be looking for other than Studio to help solve my problem? Would any of the logs that Studio takes help diagnose this?

The workaround for now is to reboot my machine.

Any help or ideas appreciated.

    Hi Steven,

    By switching between panes, I'm referring to switching from the Editor to Translation Results, and between the tabbed views there: Translation Results <> Fragment Matches <> Concordance Search...Editor<>Term Recognition<>Translation Results<>Editor...

    I'll download the tool you recommend in the hopes it helps.

    I should note that Studio is very snappy otherwise, The sluggishness only happens after shutting down and reoepning a few times. One thing that bothers me is that it happened with 2017 as well. I'm now wondering if it's because I started using Preview recently.
