Dear all,
I've encounted a problem of creating a new term base on MultiTerm 2021. After trying to update and repair both SDL Trados 2021 and MultiTerm 2021, I decided to uninstall both systems, hoping to reinstall again.
However, after uninstallation, when I logged in to my SDL account and clicked "download", nothing happened...
How can I solve the problem in this situation?
For your information, I used the follwing version before uninstallation:
SDL Trados 2021 16.0.2.3343
MultiTerm 2021 16.0.1.304
