Regarding your first question: "since I have many files translated, how can I add these translated files into a TM?" - The most proper way, if you have the source and the target of the translation is to align them in Studio with the alignment tool and import them into an existing TM or into a new TM that you can create.

Regarding your second query: "I have created one and managed to copy paste a project translated into Trados. But now I do not know how to add this project into TM created by me" - 

Normally when you start a translation in Trados Studio you can either create a project or choose the single file option and upload a file for translation in Trados Studio by proceeding with all the settings, uploading an existing TM or creating a new one, choosing source and target languages. You can add that translated file to an existing TM.

Related to your last question: "Automatic machine translation - language cloud plan" and "Server based translation Memory"

A server based translation Memory can be stored on a server which belongs to a customer for example. You can access such a translation memory only of you have credentials.

You can take a look at the video to see how it works, however note that not all language pairs are supported.
