has anyone tried this?
Open a file in Studio 2021 freelance plus, lock some segments. Then select some text in a locked segment, and try to change the format to "italic" (CTRL-I) .
Studio crashes consistently in my case. Before crashing it shows a dialog, saying that locked segments cannot be edited. Which is true. But one should be able to continue after confirming this.
This looks like a bug!
I was wondering if someone else is able to reproduce this behaviour. Let me know.

Yes, I can reproduce. I wrote an article once called "good bugs, bad bugs" and this could be a candidate for the "good bug" category ;-) I've never been able to close Studio this fast!
I'll report it for resolution (CRQ-22153), although it does seem an unlikely problem given you wouldn't try to edit a locked segment anyway. But completely agree it needs to be fixed.
