Hello,

These days I'm experiencing serious trouble when trying to open new projects.

The window “package contents review” stays blocked, with the "Next" button grey rather than green, so there's no way to continue, no way to work on the project and I must ask the client to send me a new Sdlx file, which also may not open.

Via Chat I've been advised to rename SDL user files on the local C disk in Windows: that has not worked.  

I wasn’t expecting such trouble when paying €400 for software.

I obviously need a technician's intervention on my computer. Please have one contact me.
