Is there a way to stop Studio 2021 Professional from automatically adding language pairs to the default list?
This can happen, especially if you use the single document approach a lot and with multiple language pairs. There isn't a way to turn this off either.

It's not a huge problem, just annoying. It seems that each time I choose a language combination it is added to the default list. As an agency, we manage 100s of combinations so it is annoying to have to keep deleting the languages I don't need each time. I have to regularly go to options and clear down the long list.
Also, I don't use the single document thing. I always create a project.
Yes... it could be annoying, although you don't need to keep deleting them all. If you create a template, or templates, with the pairs you'd prefer to start with, then you never need to use the Default template at all and then it won't annoy you.
