When I translate any types of files, my translation comes blue in color and underlined. I tried to clear formatting and it did not work. I tried to find any other settings that could stop this, but I could not. What could be the solution?

So this relates to Word, Excel, InDesign, XML, HTML etc.? Every type of file Studio supports comes blue in colour?

What do you mean by this exactly? This is how it appears in the Editor view, when you save the target file, if you create a preview? Can you share a screenshot? You can take a screenshot on your computer and paste it straight into your reply, the same as when using Word for example.
