Using TM with source language English (World)

Hi! :-)

I have spent a couple of years working in Studio with every TM in two versions - British English ENGB-SV and American English ENUS-SV. This is a bother on 2 levels: 1) I usually never know which English has been used in the source file until I try setting up the project and Studio tells me the chosen TM has the "wrong" English and I then need to choose the other one, and 2) (the main issue!) this of course means that instead of having one TM for, say, Medical Devices, with all my previous work, I end up with my previous work spread over 2 TMs. And, going by the Law of Murphy, a lot of the times the helpful texts are probably in the "other" TM!

Checking theTM choices this morning, I found the choice "English (World)":

Trados Studio New Translation Memory setup window showing fields for Name, Description, Source Language dropdown menu with 'English (World)' selected, and Target Language.

Is this a viable option? I.e. could it replace ENGB and ENUS so I can have ONE TM for all English source translations? Or is there another way?
