I purchased Trados 2021 last week. I used Trados 2014 before. Now I want to move my Google Translate API key to my new trados studio, but I can't find how to delete the key on Trados studio 2014... How do I have to do this?

You don't need to delete it. Just use the key in the new version. Note as well that there is no Google out of the box in Trados Studio 2021, you need to install this app:
Don't search for Google... search for "MT Enhanced" which is the name of the app. If you install it via the integrated appstore in Trados Studio 2021 as I'm showing above it's a simple exercise.
