Files with different language variants in same project

Hello, 

I organise my work by Client and by Year (so each year I create a new Client project and add files to it as they come, then close the project at the end of the year). 

Most translations are into EN GB, but sometimes I need to translate to EN US. What I have always done is to run a spell check on the finalised document after translation. Is there any way to define the project for both GB and US and then define each file for either GB or US?

Yes, I know about AnyTM. That allows me to use the same TM, but it would be good if the "misspellings" in GB or US were flagged while working and if the finalised doc was already marked as GB or US in Word. As it is they are all GB and I have to change to US when I run the spell check in Word.
