You haven't told us exactly when this is happening (local TM's or with a Machine translation provider).
If this is with your own TM's, please remove the TM from the project- then go to the Translation Memories view and ensure all TM's are closed.
Now return to the project and add the TM once again, making sure this is also enabled.
If the problem is occurring with an external provider, please remove the provider, ensure your Studio version is up to date and then reinstall the Machine Translation provider plugin.
