What product are you talking about here? Sounds like GroupShare, not Studio and it doesn't seem to be a licensing & installation question either (you posted in the licensing & installation forum).

No, I am using it as usual. It simply doesn't let me import any file... In fact, I've tried import files into any of my TMs and no success... :(
It does sound to me as though you may have a problem with this TM. Please try this:

In case you are also talking about an upgrade to 2021 SR1 (exactly why it's always important to start a post with this sort of information... I should have validated earlier) please run an "upgrade" of your TM as noted in the KB referred to here:
Your error may not be exactly as shown here but we think it may be related.

I tried upgrading, but I got the following error message:
