I have no idea to be honest.  I think you should remove the plugins one at a time, or in bunches, and try to identify which one is causing the long start up time.  There's no easy answer to this and I can tell you we have found a few plugins that are not working correctly after the production release of SR1.  The ones I know about don't cause a long start up time they just don't work properly and at least one of these has already been fixed today (Worldserver compatibility pack).

Those plugins were working fine and this only happened with the most recent update + the final SR1 update, so it might not necessarily be because of the SR1 update, as the one before this seems to have been affected as well. It is very painful to keep testing in the way you described Paul, as I have much work to finish, so I hope one of the support members tests this. I can send you a screenshot of the plugins installed if that helps. The comment Plugin is still not compatible and I reported this before many times, so I hope the developer makes it compatible soon. It has nothing to do with SR1 as it always gave that error upon Studio startup.

The support team won't test this if it involves plugins.  So if you remove all the plugins and then demonstrate the application is still slow to start then you will get their time.  Otherwise you'll have to do the work yourself to identify which plugin might be causing the problem.

It's been compatible for some time... you are referring to this one I guess?

Well... ok.  Provide the screenshot ad I'll have a go at this tomorrow and see if I can replicate the behaviour in your video with the same apps installed.

On Comment View plugin... I suggest you remove this properly and download and install the one from the appstore.  It is 100% signed and supported on 2021.

On the rest... please give me screenshot from your plugins folder and not from where you have done.

Which location do these relate to exactly?  For each one?

ok.  I created a video to compare your video and then two start ups, all side by side.  I did one with no plugins at all, and one with all 62 plugins that you installed.

The only conclusion I can draw from this is that you have some other problem that is interfering with the way Studio is working as it took around half a minute in both cases.  Please can you test the following for me:

1. remove all your plugins, start Studio and tell us how long it takes without any plugins at all on your machine
2. reinstall all your plugins by using the appstore integration.  Please do not just copy over whatever you had before.  Then restart Studio twice so we we can see how long it takes after all the plugins have been extracted the second time.

It took me a couple of minutes to install all 62 plugins so it's not that long.  The integration makes this really simple.  Here's the list I created from your files to make it easier:
