The same problem here, and I can't use SLD Language Cloud. But the solution is that in the project setting I added My Memory (though I don't really use it). Then, after I click Project setting (every time after starting my studio freelance), I got login (my name in the upper right corner become visible) and now I can use SDL Language Cloud. It has to be done every time I start the studio. Very very annoying.

My current version is 16.1.6.4276

I just sow in another thread reference to https:1.1.1.1 - when typing this address in the browser I got Cloudflare web page.

I hope this will become solved soon.
