Did you create a new project AFTER adding this to your options?  If not then add it to your Project Settings for the file you are working on.

Also... is the Autosuggest dictionary relevant for the material you're working on?

Also... have you enabled it?

No, my project was created BEFORE adding the AutoSuggest dictionary file. I guess just some or a few of the segments of the AutoSuggest file can be related to my file (Unfortunately, I couldn't find a file that closes to my data I translate, so I have to use it to see how to work and personally I guess there's no similarity between my translation segments and the dictionary file to show pop-up menu for new suggestions from the diction. Currently, I can't create my own AutoSuggest dictionary because I've just 500 translation units!). The other items that you mentioned in the screenshot were already enabled.
