Cannot install Studio2021 SR1 and Studio 2019 SR2 any longer

Error message during SDL Trados Studio 2021 installation stating 'Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed.'Error message in SDL Trados Studio with a red cross icon saying 'Failed to initialize view 'SimpleStartView'.' with options for Knowledge Base and Community.

I deinstalled Studio 2021 SR1 because of issues with Worldserver Return, didn't work anly longer. On reinstalling the CAT, there were 2 error messages: one when I used the .msi and the other one when I used the .exe. So I cannot use both versions any longer, but the customer is expecting delivery of the translation as Worldserver return package on Monday. I tried to get instructions from the community but whatever I tried it failed. Studio 2019 failed alltogether whatever I tried. Studio 2021 SR1 had the opening screen at least, but Studio 2019 didn't even show any signs of running up. Can you help?
