What version of Studio?  Always important to start with what you're using as this sometimes defines what's available to you.

I'm guessing this is a Content Control so if you had shown this in Studio you'd probably see something like this in the DSI column:

Al the things you don't wish to handle have the CCN DSI structure.  So you could use the Advanced Display Filter (I'm assuming you have 2021) to lock them all like this:

Then copy source to target, set as translated and lock just for completeness:

Then filter on unlocked for ease:

I'm working with Studio 2019. Sorry if I didn't mention it clearly. Next time, I will specify it in the text, not only in the tags.

I can easily lock the segments that I don't want to translate with the filters. I was wondering if there is a way to not import them in Studio at all, as the rest of the hidden part of the document that I don't want to translate.
