Terms from Multiterm still not loading properly

Question

Right, so I'm rather livid... Over 3 years ago I upgraded to Studio 2017 and suddenly found that terms from Multiterm were no longer loading properly. In the main, they'd show terms relevent to a string further up, usually after having breezed through a few full matches. It's almost as if it couldn't quite keep up... 
 Posted on here , endless back and forth with tech support, upgraded to 2019, still no luck, had tech support close the case on me, got Paul to follow up and eventually got the response " The dev team have also reproduced this issue and have scheduled some time to try and resolve this within the next update." That was over two years ago. 
 Here I am having upgrade to flipping 2021 and STILL this error persists. I type too much as it is, having to constantly move up and down in almost every other string to get the term matches to show the correct terms is doing nothing for my mood but probably brings me that much closer to developing carpal tunnel syndrome. 
 Just WHAT does one have to do to get the devs to fix this bug so the thing works as it's supposed to work? Ideally before I reach my 90th birthday?

 I'm afraid this this still not been addressed... obviously. It should have been but seems to have been dropped, probably because of other priorities at the time. As a problem in itself it doesn't have a very high priority, although I appreciate the way you view this. I have raised this again with the dev team to see if we can get it planned in and addressed once and for all. Will update you when I know more. Same bug number CRQ-6274.

 Currently the only comment is that thanks to you raising this it has been kept on the radar for a future CU. But i's currently tagged as a trivial issue which means it won't get looked at as a high priority item and has not been planned in at all.

 No... a trivial issue that will get looked at when more important bugs have been addressed. There has to be a way to categorise things and I can either keep stalling you, or tell you the truth. 
 All software companies will work the same way. We currently have a priority this year to really address as many of the top two categories of open issues we have logged. This one is not in the top two categories so it may not get addressed quickly unless it happens to fall within an area where we can easily address it while working on something else.
