It would help to know what version of Studio this relates to, but I can't see any in your account so I'll assume it's the 2021 trial.  Easiest way is to go to the View menu in the Editor and over on the right hand side you have options to easily increase or decrease the font size:

I have the most recent version but it ended up working somehow but it only made the text bigger, not the whole software, is that normal ?

Yes.  I'm afraid there is no mechanism in the software to increase the size of text anywhere other than the working views.  So the text in the ribbon, and other functional aspects of the software can only be changed by increasing the scale in your windows display settings.  This may be effective, so I'd recommend you try it and it may provide you with an improved ability to work comfortably.

Well that's pretty sad for a software that you need to pay... And I'm already on 125% but it won't work on this software, anyway, I guess I will have to deal with it

Well... I agree with you that it would be good to have more control over these things.  But even applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign etc. work in exactly the same way.  The only way to change the font in the ribbon etc. is via the windows display settings.

What we do have to improve is how we are more responsive to ensure the windows and ribbon react properly to this so you don't lose the ability to access everything you need when making a change like this.

Not funny from a more serious perspective... but clearly a common question that most applications, free or otherwise, need to address properly.  When I was checking Adobe products I found this response:

Now that you say it I can't remember but I feel like the difference with SDL is really worse than with other softwares, I usually use a 110%-125% zoom with a 12 size font to give you an idea, but I'm able to use word, excel and so on without any problem (probably also because I already know the software and I know where the buttons are supposed to be) but when it comes to Trados I can't see anything and have to guess the buttons... So when you're already trying to learn how to use it and you have to decide what's written... Feels like a living hell

It's certainly worse than many others. We are slowly working through the different interfaces to ensure they are properly responsive to these changes, and also for when working with high DPI screens.  So it is a work in progress and with each release it should be getting better.
