Opening and viewing reports

Question

Hello everyone, 
 Is there an easy way to open a report outside Studio without having to save it as an Excel sheet? I want to include reports' content in my own Excel sheet to keep track of what I'm paying to my team members. To do that, I have to save the report as an Excel sheet, go looking for it (when it gets saved it doesn't open in Excel automatically), open it, copy the content, and paste it in my own sheet. 
 If I try to open the report directly from the folder where Studio saves it, I only see .xml files that are extremely confusing. 
 Or perhaps I'm missing the point entirely regarding a good way of keeping track of how much I'm paying my translators and how much I'm charging my client. 
 Help, please!

 Couple of ways perhaps... 
 Way #1 Install the Reports Viewer Plus from the appstore. When you view the report with this in Studio it's not only a lot faster and more convenient but it also adds an html report automatically to the reports folder. Then you can open that outside of Studio easily. You can also write your own stylesheets to get the information formatted as you like so you can more easily get what you want as a format... if you know how to write xslt. 
 Way #2 If you can write stylesheets you could just convert the xml to whatever you want without using Studio at all.
