I have been using SDL Language Cloud for this language pair (en-gb/tur) without problems. But the nmt model is no longer available,
Studio is up-to-date (Studio 2019 - .2849).
Tried to add in the editor window, separately and no success.

Could you check that you are logged into Studio (top right-hand corner) and that you have the latest version of the plugin installed please

I'm logged onto Studio and I'm not using the provider plugin, I'm using "SDL Language Cloud". But I tried also the provider plugin and the same problem exists. I know from a friend that uses Studio 2021 that he has the same problem also for the same language pair.

No, I couldn't find a solution, but a few days ago nmt model for my language pair magically reappeared again. It seems that this not a user side problem.
