Ditamap files: translate only particular attributes

Question

Hello, 
 I have a ditamap file out of which I wish to translate the following: 
 
 'title' of map element 
 'value' of 'map/data' elements when are not followed by 'translate=no' 
 'navtitle' of 'topicref' elements when are not followed 'locktitle=no' 
 
 A visual representation is here: 
 
 Ditamap file: /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/90/source.zip 
 So, with the rules I've created I was able to export only what I want, expect the following: 
 
 FYI, I used the default 'XML: DITA 1.2 v 1.2.0.0' file-type setting where I added these 4 rules: 
 
 Maybe the order they apply is not correct, maybe not.. Any help here would be appreciated.

 I can get this which is what I think you're after using a custom XML filetype: 
 
 Or... using the dita filetype you used (except v3 as I'm using 2021): 
 
 Just use these rules: 
 //map/data[not(@translate='no')]/@value //map/@title //topicref[not(@locktitle='no')]/@navtitle //*

 And your very first rule says translate all the value attributes when they are in map/data. Complete contradiction. 
 Generally you don't seem to have applied your requirements in a logical way... look more like guess work.
