SDL Analyse 2021 does not open/work

Question

* I have Windows 10 
 * I installed Studio 2021 
 * I downloaded Sdl.Community.Studio.Analyse.Installer.2021_v4.14.101 from SDL App Store 
 * Installed Analyse standalone does NOT open at all, and Analyse within Studio tells me it's not running, but according to Windows Services it IS running 
 * Studio tells me there's an upgrade for Analyse. It says I have 4.14. 0. 101 and the upgrade will be 4.14.101. The version I downloaded from the App Store is 4.14.101 so it should be the upgraded one. 
 * When I download the upgrade, it downloads and when I reopen Studio it tells me there's an error loading the plugins. 
 I'm completely unable to use Analyse.
