I desactivated my SDL Trados 2017 offline from my account. It is marked "desactivation running" I downloaded and installed SDL Trados 2017 on my new laptop. But when I try activating with the key, it says I have no more license available (ie it is already in use)
Try resetting it.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2017.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
