Translation Memory Upgrade function inactivated (I want to merge several TMs into one TM).

Question

I recently upgraded from SDL Trados 2015 to 2121 version. I upgraded my old TM files in 2015 in 2021 version. 
 I wanted to merge several TM files into a new TM file using Translation Memory upgrade function but the function has not activated. 
 I made every effort to get help or guideline for this matter but failed. Merging several TMs to one new TM was so easy in my Trados 2015 version but I can't use this function in 2021 version. 
 Please help me with this matter. 
 The function is still not activated like below:

 This feature was removed in 2021. However, you can put it back using an app from the appstore:
