I've a set of Excel files with many cross-file repetitions (40 files for a total of over 100,000 words)

I've merged them in a single file when creating an English to French project with the latest version of Trados 2021

When I attempt to analyse the file I get this error

No report is generated.

Then I used Advanced display filter 2.0, applied the filter Unique Occurrences to remove repetions, and saved an XLIFF file using the function Generate. The resulting file contains over 40,000 words, a subset of the original 100,000 words.

I've tried to analyse this file and I get this error

This time a report is generated, but it is not correct, because it reports a total of about 26,000 words instead of 40,000.

My colleague tried to analyse the same file with a previous version of Trados and got a report which seems reliable.
