Hello,

Recently, I have experienced a strange issue with one file out of many files in a project managed in Groupshare.

The translator working on the file worked offline then check-in offline, but now, neither he or I can access the file and modify it anymore, nor is it possible to change the project phase.

Now in Studio, it says the file has been Checked-out to [Online User]... But we have no idea who this online user is as the access was only restricted to the translator and myself.

I somehow managed to update the content of the file online, but I don't know how to unblock it...

Do you know how to work around that?
