Hi,
I am unable to open Groupshare projects, as when I try and log in it says "Authentication Failed. Please check that the username and password entered are correct for this server." I have changed my password and this hasn't seemed to resolve the issue. I can log in to the SDL website and Workzone, so the username and password are definitely correct. It has happened a few times in the past and then fixed itself but it was doing this just before Christmas and is still doing it now.
