please, I've been forwarded to this forum for a technical help.

I have a Trados Studio 2021 PRO.

At the moment I have a client that requires a translator that does not have Trados (any licence). I expected that it should be fine since I can export and import bilingual review in MS Word.

Well ... export is okay it works.

The problem comes when I want to import the "reviewed" document.

The target segments does not update, they still remain the same "empty".

I have already contacted customer support and they provide me with links to follow.

I followed this way more than three times and still without change of the segments.

I have also tried that with a simple translation .... a few lines of text, exported in .docx, I personally tried to fill in the target and import it to Trados Studio. However, still without any change of the target segments.

My Trados 2021 Pro is without any addon, just the default status after the instalation. The only thing that I have there are already translated and reviewed projects and TM from the EU.
