"Error in requesting the access token" Trados studio 2021

I am blocked to use my Studio 2021 because of that error "Error in requesting the access token" and when I clear the error, I got this message.

I have tried repairing Studio in Program and features, no success.

I have reverted to a save image of Windows 10 , no success.

Error message window titled 'SDL Trados Studio' with text 'SDL Trados Studio has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.' and a 'Close program' button.

The strange thing I discovered is that if I ignore the error message window, I can work, but I have to save my work every minute to avoid to close the error message window inadvertently and crash Studio.
