Hi,
When I handled XML files, I noticed:
encoding="UTF-8"
was changed to
encoding="utf-8"
(changed upper case UTF to lower case utf)
Then, I found the question-and-answer article:
community.sdl.com/.../70293
This was written 2 years ago, so I am wondering if something has changed about this since then.
I am still using Trados Studio 2019.
Could you tell me if there are any changes in Trados Studio 2021?

As you may have noted from the other thread the filetype developer had no intention of making any changes in this area as it's not necessary.
