Problems in working with SDL Trados Studio 2021 after a successful installation

Dear Sirs,

I upgraded from SDL Trados Studio 2017 to SDL Trados Studio 2021. The installation was ok, but I can't use the new programme. Every time I try to open or create a project, I receive three different errors (here below) that might be strictly connected to one another. I've already disinstalled and reinstalled it several times. I've also tried to repair it through the installation programme. I have checked the viewing features and followed any kind of tips written in the SDL community fora related to the errors I have come across. Error message stating 'Impossible to load the file or assembly 'Sdl.DesktopEditor.Control.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.' with Knowledge Base and Community buttons.Error message stating 'The requested service is not available: Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IFilesViewService.' with Knowledge Base and Community buttons.Error message stating 'Unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part Translation results' with Knowledge Base and Community buttons.Script error message with warning icon stating 'Unexpected exception when getting view part instance of view part Translation results' and asking if the user wants to continue running scripts on the page with Yes and No buttons.
