After I posted my issue on another thread, I realized the problem was slightly different. Here it's what is all about:

Studio version: 2019 SR2 15.2.7.28.49

File type: xlf

Parse rules: none, I'm not familiar with this kind of procedure :(

So basically, all the content seems to be translated and present in the target file, but the part starting with : <note from=... until </note> does not have the same structure, as if the paragraphs were replaced by spaces. (it became one straight line instead of 4 different lines)

 Also, some tages (</trans-unit>) are there but not it the same place as in the source
