Termbases are not as straightforward as Translation Memories because of the flexible nature of their structure. So the first thing you need to do is establish whether or not they all have the same data structure. If you created them all they probably do, but you didn't mention this. So, perhaps review this article first if you're not sure what I'm referring to:
https://multifarious.filkin.com/2016/10/17/square-pegs-in-round-holes/
But if you already understand this then there are several ways to do this. The easiest is probably the Glossary Converter as you can drag and drop all three termbases into the interface and merge them all together into one. Best to read the help for this app to understand properly how the merge works:
https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/glossary-converter/195/
I did create a short video on this some years ago, so it may look a little different these days, but the principle may be helpful:
Alternatively, you could take one of them as the Master you wish to base everything on. Then export the other two to MultiTerm XML using MultiTerm and import the two XML files you get into the Master, again using Multiterm. But again... an understanding of the structure of your termbases is key to making this work successfully.
