Known 100% TM matches are not detected as such by Trados Studio 2021

Question

Hello, 
 I&rsquo;m using an early version of Trados Studio 2021 (it&rsquo;s not possible to simply update my version because of our IT dept. regulations). 
 I&rsquo;m processing files that have many known 100% TM matches. However, when running those files through Studio 2021 I get issues like the ones shown in the two images attached. A colleague using Trados Studio 2019 processed this same file and, indeed, got 100% matches for the same 2 segments shown in the images. Is there anything that can be done besides updating the application? 
 Thank you in advance for any help/advice you can give me.

 It looks as though your issues may be related to the use of language resources. I can't test this right now but review this article and it may help you identify what you need to change:

 I think I'd start by re-indexing your TM and making sure that it's set up to use this option afterwards:
