-so I think it would be a good idea to understand where you are saving the projects- locally or in the cloud (one drive/dropbox?)

The projects you can't save- are these perhaps projects you have created yourself, or perhaps packages you have received from your client?

The more information you can provide, the better. Screenshots and error stacks are also very useful

I would also suggest that you ensure both Studio and MultiTerm are added to your AntiVirus providers 'exceptions list'.

Thank you for your reply. All of them are projects I am creating myself, no packages, they are all being saved with the same settings to the same default location C:\Users\k\OneDrive\Documents\Studio 2019\Projects\Project 4. Studio does finally save them but it's on the second or third attempt - usually if I modify the project name it helps (I don't use any special characters, it may be that it won't save "Company1 letter from board" but on the third attempt after modifying to "Company1 letter from body" it will). Link to error file above (it wouldn't add it here)

saving Trados Studio projects in OneDrive, Dropbox, and the like is asking for problems, the erratic problems you mentioned.

I'd recommend stop saving projects in the OneDrive location or at least Stop Syncing while you are working with Trados Studio.

I have changed the location, hopefully that will solve it, thank you
