Back arrow not working

I don't trust Trados speller for Brazilian Portuguese. When making a translation review on the text translated by someone else, after my review is done, I click on the button Accept All Changes, then I select and copy the text, paste it on a Word document, and use the Word speller to check spelling problems. If the speller finds a mistake, I go back to the text in Trados, click on the back arrow to reverse the action I did before (Select All and Accept All Changes) and make the necessary corrections. I do that because I'm not authorized to accept changes myself. My supervisor will do that. Well, last time I used this process, the back arrow didn't reverse to these last two tasks. It reversed only to the task Select All. So that caused a huge problem because my supervisor couldn't see the changes I made on the text. Then I restarted Trados and did the same thing using an old file just to test if it would work. The back arrow worked perfectly. It reversed the actions many times backwards. The following day, the problem occurred again. What's going on?

    Sometimes s... happens. As you wrote, after restarting Studio the undo worked again. Not all mysteries can be clarified, so I would simply observe this. Usually undo should work unless segments were merged over paragraph breaks. In my case it works even then, if I leave Studio open for the night. However, depending on the hardware there may be limits, coming for exampe from the available memory.
