Yes, I'm aware I have three accounts as I have purchased SDL services/products while working in three different companies. The one I'm using currently under which I bought the 12-month subscription and to which I tried to download the app is linked to the (@ind) account.

TransTools isn't really a plugin for Studio so there is only a redirect.  The application isn't linked to Trados Studio at all so perhaps you can just go here:
