I don't think you can translate those equations in PowerPoint.

The only workaround I can think of is to copy each equation and paste them into a Word document.

Then translate the Word document with the equations in Trados (you'll need to tick the Extract mathematical expressions in your project settings > File Types > Microsoft Word, because it's not ticked by default), generate the target Word document, and finally paste the translated equations into your presentation.
